Incurred after Sept 30th of current dues year
* The annual maintenance fee covers the maintenance of the lake and roads.
** The NJ State mandated dam restoration project was paid through a State-funded loan. Principle & interest payments are required twice a year—September and March. Total repayment of this loan, including interest, is $623,900. Final payment will be due March 2029.
